Systems such as EPABX Systems, Call Center Dialers, Voice Loggers, IVRs and IP/ Digital Phones.
Also take care of Line-side Cabling Network for telecom and LAN.
Up-gradation of any of these systems including expansion and integration etc.
Capable to support Analog, Digital, Hybrid and IP PBX.
Complaints are attended within 4 hours anywhere in Mumbai and maximum down-time for AMC customers is 48 hours.
Work on holidays and after-office-hours to minimise disruption during working hours.
Sufficient stock of all spares, cards, power supplies and accessories etc.
Undertake user (feature) training and technical training for client’s personnel on the products installed.
Products available on rental basis for temporary installations.
Reasonable rates starting from Rs. 250/- per hour and Rs. 9600/- for AMC.
